I played this in the arcades when I was little, I was and still am very confused why this never got a console port. Vendetta (Crime Fighters 2) - Konami - 1991 I love that you can enter some shops too and smash everything up. The pacing is also really great due to enemy variety and lack of repetitive environments. Backgrounds are unbelievably detailed and well drawn for the time. What I love about Burning Fight is how Japanese it feels. Gameplay is a little imperfect but decent enough. There's a sequel but it's not as good IMO. Very rough and weird gameplay, but I like playing this now and then because of the whacky enemy design and animations. ![]() Capcom basically looked at the Double Dragon games and said "Let's do that but better". I originally wrote this for the Streets of Rage subreddit since I'm super hyped for the new game, but I got carried away when I started writing so I figured you guys might appreciate it too!
